The utilitt subsidiary of Madison-based Alliant Energy Corp. (NYSE: Wisconsin Power said it would purchas e the Neenah facility forabout $95 pending federal regulatory approval.

Alliant Energy also announcec today that quarterly dividends on common stock were declared by its board of The common stock dividendis $0.3500 per share payablew May 15, to shareholderx of record on April 30. Dividends on commomn stock have been paid for 250 consecutive quarterssincse 1946.
