Brokers said donating NCR’s (NYSE: NCR) 1.3 million-square-foot building to an education institution or the city of Daytojn may be thebest bet. The brokers said tryin g to market the space to another corporate user woulsd be difficult as there are few single users out there needing thatmuch space. It couled be parceled into an office complesx formultiple users. NCR intends to sell the building, a companyy spokesperson said.
