We have never sold alcoholk at student-oriented on-campus events in the past, and I do not recommenf we start now.” The university’s Board of Regentsw will consider the proposal and will likelh take action at a June 24 If the regentsapprove Bruininks’ Williams Arena and Mariucci Arena will also be alcohol-free on game days. Currently, alcohol is served in some arease of those arenas ongame day. The universitty acknowledged the alcohol ban will have somefinancia impact, but it has not yet assessed how much.
